overheard conversations at the coffee shop: man patronizing a woman and saying "see what you don't understand is that lots of strippers enjoy dancing for money...I mean who's a bigger fool the girl who takes off her clothes or the man who gives her money?" - my vote? The man who rationalizes his objectification of women by claiming that gyrating naked "empowers them" is the biggest fool of all.

I had a day full of talks about libertarianism, feminism, education, and amazingly enough...Texas beauty pagents (my neighbor used to be a pagent "groomer" or "director."

The world is too big...too unorganized...too unfathomable...to every reach a finite decision about anything (save the decision I just made to not make a finite decision...damn)
