granted I'm not a "certified" teacher

I just pulled up my grading program and did an actual count of how many kids are passing my classes. In one class 17 out of 28 are passing, in another 13 out of 25 are passing and in the third 15 of 28 are passing.

I want to get inside these kids and find a reason for them to try.
